The River Guadalquivir Basin District has complied with Royal Decree 1494/2007dated the 12th of November by which Regulations on Basic Conditions for Access by Disabled Persons to Technologies, Products and Services Related to Society Information and Social Communication Media, are approved. In accordance with these Regulations CHG has built its geoportal up taking special effort on it being easily accessible independently of the user"s type of software, network infrastructure, culture, geographic location and capacities.

From the 7th of October 2009 this page complies with web accessibility guidelines that regulate and mark Web Accessibility Initiative (WAI) developed by World Wide Web Consortium (W3C). Guidelines of web contents (WCAG 1.0) level AAA have been applied in compliance with the Royal Decree that establishes priorities 1 and 2 of UNE Norm 139803:2004 as minimum compulsory level.

For this improvement the following actions –among other– have been carried-out:

  1. Page structuring through headline elements.
  2. Page presentation control through a style sheet (css).
  3. Clear identification of each page by using meta-data.
  4. Use of a clear and concise language in texts, headlines and links.

To increase the font size according to the browser

Internet Explorer

The easiest way to modify the text is to keep pressed the "Ctrl" key while the mouse wheel is rotating.

If you prefer it you can modify the size following three steps from the menu:

  1. Click on the "View" option of the browser menu.
  2. Go to "Text size" option.
  3. At the menu that appears on the right, choose the option according to your needs: "Largest", "Larger", "Medium" "Smaller" or "Smallest".

Mozilla Firefox

 

The easiest way to modify the text is to keep pressed the "Ctrl" key pressed while the mouse wheel is rotating.

You can also:

  1. Enlarge the text size by pressing on "Ctrl" and "+" keys at the same time.
  2. Decrease the text size by pressing "Ctrl" and "-"k eys at the same time.
  3. To go back to normal size: press "Ctrl" and number 0 keys at the same time.

If you prefer it you can modify the size following three steps from the menu:

  1. Click on the "View" option of the browser Toolbar.
  2. Go to "Text size" option.
  3. From the menu that will appear, choose "Increase", "Decrease" or "Normal".

In order to see a larger pointer on your screen:

N.B.: if you have installed a different mouse in your computer the instructions may be different to those specified in this section.

Windows 95, 98, 2000, Me, XP

  1. Open the "Start" menu by clicking the "Start" button or the Windows logo placed between "Ctrl" and "Alt" or click "Ctrl" + "Esc".
  2. Click "Settings" or press the "T" key.
  3. Click on "Control Panel" or press the "C" key.
  4. Click on "Mouse" or press the "M" key repeatedly until "Mouse" stands-out and then press "Enter".
  5. You will see the mouse properties.
  6. Click on the "Pointers" tab or press "Ctrl" and tabulator keys at the same time until the "Pointers" tab is shown.
  7. Below "Scheme" there is a pull-down menu for multiple selection where you can select the existing mouse pointer types. Click on the arrow of the pull-down menu until you get the full list below.
  8. Use the "up" and "down" keyboard"s arrows to select the different Systems. Select "Large system scheme" of "Black system scheme".
  9. To choose the scheme, click and personalize the pointer. Click on "Ok" of press "Enter" to leave the Mouse properties.
